Chiropractic Patient Assessment

Location: Oaktree Chiropractic and Acupuncture - Ottawa Downtown

(approx. 30 hours/week - flexible for the right person)

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, early morning and evening shifts

Language: English (French an asset)

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

You’ll be the friendly face and behind-the-scenes helper that keeps our clinic running smoothly

**Clinical Side**:

- Welcome new patients and help them feel at ease during their intake before they see the doctor
- Do some cool stuff like range of motion tests, posture checks, and assist with X-rays (we’ll teach you)
- Assist during examinations and keep things flowing - patients will love having you around
- Create a relaxed, friendly vibe where patients feel totally at home

**Reception Side**:

- Greets patients like they’re family
- Collect and enter new patient info with care and accuracy
- Process payments and keep the good vibes flowing

**TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU’LL SHINE WITH**
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Quick to learn clinic software (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
- Bonus: If you’re familiar with electronic health records (EHR) systems or patient management software, even better
