Picker and Boom Truck Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate a picker truck to transport precast products and haul raw materials.
- Deliver precast products to designated locations as per delivery schedule.
- Place and install concrete products, including concrete steps.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the picker truck to ensure its optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or damages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Assist with yard duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid journeyman picker operator certification with Class 1 license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a picker driver, preferably in the precast or construction industry.
- Clean drivers abstract with a demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices.
- Ability to operate a picker truck and lift and place heavy precast products with precision.
- Strong knowledge of relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional overtime.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of a physically demanding role.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
