**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and occupancy.
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular property checks.
- Provide assistance to guests with special requests or needs during their stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred, especially in front desk operations or auditing roles.
- Strong numerical skills with an ability to perform basic accounting functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
