We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a residential Heating and Cooling (HVAC) Sales Representative. This position offers the opportunity to work in the fast-paced and exciting field of HVAC sales, while also providing valuable training and support to help you build a successful career. This is a Local Family owned company which offers flexible working hours, great remuneration possibilities, and a positive work environment. Leads are provided, no cold calling required.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle new leads for HVAC equipment and services provided through various channels ( no cold calling)

Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to discuss their HVAC needs and offer solutions

Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes for equipment and services

Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, technical, or related field preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as comfort with technology

Sales experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and develop sales skills is essential

Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and services is a plus but not required ( technical aptitude is a benefit as is any technical/mechanical certification/background)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to self manage leads and working hours
