**Responsibilities**: - Operate and maintain a farm drainage plow for the purpose of installing drainage tile in a safe and proper manor. - Assist with the managing of day-to-day tasks including but not limited to: organizing crew workforce and equipment for projects, coordinating materials for project, communicating with customers. - Be adaptable with tasks on a day-to-day basis. - Must be able to work well with crew members, municipal staff and land owners. - Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliance's. **Required work experience/skills/education**: - 3-5 Years experience installing drainage tile - 3-5 Years experience operating Drainage Plow - Health and Safety oriented. - Post-secondary education is preferred. - Have a valid Class "A" Drainage License - Have a valid "G" drivers license **Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Chatham-Kent, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Drainage: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Class "A" Drainage License (preferred)
