**Job Description**:
The Web Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data. They will be testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance. They develop and present learnings from their analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations. They will also help the Digital Marketer to develop digital campaign and web development strategies with data-driven measuring standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Bring strategic recommendation that are backed by in-depth data analysis by performing data analysis using Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Web Analytics tools (GA 4, Google Data Studio) and BI tools; might involve Dynamics CRM when necessary
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics
- Execute and streamline digital marketing dataflows through automation, performance analysis and ROI reporting
- Handle the integration and maintenance of digital software and infrastructure
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns (performance projection model)
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Support A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and data analysis
- Collaborate with other project owners & stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies
- Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes

**Qualifications**:

- Expert-level knowledge of GA 4, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager & PowerBI
- Excellent Excel data player
- Proven experience of working with other analytical and reporting software/platforms
- Experience with NAICS code integrated tools is a BIG PLUS
- Understand digital marketing concepts cross social, paid, web, marketing automation etc.
- Self-driven & capable to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (ELI5 level - explain like I’m 5)
- Strong planning, organization, analytical/problem solving skills
- Resourceful, Results Oriented, Progressive and a Team Player
- Proficient at data modeling & data mapping
- Experience working with B2B2C businesses is a big asset
