**Overview**
Join our dynamic team as a General Labourer, where your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations In this hands-on position, you will engage in various tasks that support warehouse distribution and manufacturing processes. Your ability to operate heavy equipment and manage inventory will be essential as you help ensure that our products are handled safely and efficiently.

**What you’ll do**
- Operate heavy equipment.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stocking, order picking, and packaging to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Load and unload shipments with precision while adhering to safety standards set by OSHA.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized workspace and assist in shipping & receiving tasks.
- Perform mechanical checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and address any maintenance needs.
- Engage in heavy lifting and materials handling while following best practices for safety and efficiency.

**Basic qualifications**
- Ability to lift heavy objects consistently throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting.
- Certification for operating forklifts or other heavy equipment.
