**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated **Maintenance Manager** to join our team at Total Maintenance Solution. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and the opportunity to work in various urban and rural locations. The role requires flexibility and travel as work is primarily conducted **on the road**.

**Work Schedule**:

- Day, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Weekend
- Travel required; locations may vary

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer contracts for supplies and services
- Develop and implement safety inspection and maintenance schedules
- Direct maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Plan and manage the facility operations budget
- Oversee services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety, security, and snow removal
- Organize and manage inventory

**Work Settings**:

- Urban and rural areas
- Commercial and industrial facilities
- Office buildings, malls, and various other locations

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent experience
- **Experience**: 1 year to less than 2 years
- **Language**: English

**Computer & Technology Knowledge**:

- MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Internet and Windows OS

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s licence (manual transmission)
- Able to pass a **criminal record check**, **driving abstract check**, and provide references
- Own a cellular phone

**Work Conditions**:

- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically demanding; standing for extended periods
- Large workload with repetitive tasks
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
