- **Human Resource Generalist**:

- **General Summary**

The HR Generalist is a key role in our organization and supports our operation in all facets or Human Resources. Every day will be different based on changing operational needs however some of what this role will do on a day to day basis:

- Work closely with operational and corporate leadership on facilitating and owning the recruitment process from initiation to interviewing, documentation and onboarding.
- Review and update programs and processes in close conjunction with HR Leader.

This will include areas such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Procedures and supportPolicy review and updates.
- Develop and update internal documents such as Offer letters, appointment letters, salary adjustments etc.
- Work with our internal team on Leave Management process and associated management claims management.
- Support Data and Analytics: create and manage monthly scorecard.
- Collaborate with Safety, Operational and Vendors to ensure seamless support of employees and staff.
- Support HR projects throughout the year to include Engagement Surveys, pulse surveys, Talent Review etc.
- Serve as key member on Site Engagement Committee
- Support training and development initiatives onsite.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or diploma with concentration in Business Administration or

Human Resources Management
- Organizational agility, with a high level of comfort in dealing with employees at all levels
- Outstanding communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to build rapport and maintain high level of confidence and integrity at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills, in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
