Aliments Azure est une compagnie qui travaille dans la fabrications et distribution des poissons et de fruits de mer. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un coordinateur logistique pour joindre notre équipe.

**Coordinateur Logistique**

Le coordinateur logistique est responsable de la gestion de toutes les réceptions et des expéditions dans le système et de la création d'un calendrier de réception organisé.

**Tâches et Responsabilités**:

- Travailler avec le gestionnaire d'entrepôt frigorifique pour collaborer et organiser le calendrier de réception
- Créer des commandes dans le système
- Planifier la date et l'heure d'arrivée de toutes les réceptions avec les transporteurs et envoyer les documentations nécessaires
- Imprimez des étiquettes de réception
- Créer et envoyer des factures aux fournisseurs
- Générer des rapports à partir du système pour afficher l’emplacement et les quantités du stock
- Recevoir le stock dans le système et allouer une bin à l’inventaire
- Accélérer la commande dans le système
- Gérer les niveaux d’inventaire en consultant le système ERP
- Utiliser le système d’inventaire pour calculer le frais de transport et déterminer la palettisation de la marchandise
- Attribuer des lots à tous les articles reçus pour assurer la traçabilité de notre inventaire en tout temps
- Coordonner avec le superviseur de l’inventaire pour gérer toutes les divergences

**Qualifications**:

- Un diplôme en administration est préférable
- Parle couramment le français et maitrise l’anglais
- Connaissance de l’utilisation d’un système ERP
- Exécuter des fonctions de base dans Word et Excel
- Bonne gestion du temps avec une attention aux détails
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement occupé

**Logistics Coordinator**

Azure Foods is a company that exceeds in the manufacturing and distribution industry of seafood and fish products and we are looking to fill the role of a Cold Storage Warehouse Manager to join our team.

**Job Overview**

The logistics coordinator is responsible for managing all receptions and expeditions in the system and creating an organized receiving schedule.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Work alongside the cold storage manager to communicate and organize the reception schedule
- Create purchase orders in the system
- Schedule the arrival date and time of all receptions with outbound carriers and send the necessary documentations
- Print labels for pallets received
- Create and send invoices to suppliers
- Generate reports from the system to display the stock location and quantity
- Receive the stock in the system and allocate a bin location to the inventory
- Expedite the order in the system
- Manage inventory levels by consulting the ERP system
- Use the inventory system to calculate freight cost and to determine the palletization of the merchandise
- Assign lots to all received items to ensure the traceability of our inventory at all times
- Coordinate with the inventory supervisor to manage all discrepancies

**Qualifications**
- Degree in business administration is preferred
- Proficient in English and fluent in French
- Strong knowledge in using an ERP system
- Perform basic functions in Word and Excel
- Time management and attentive to details
- Able to work in a busy environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Granby, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
