**Job summary**: Fulltime

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service representative
- Enjoys preparing and working with food
- Communicates effectively - verbal and written.
- Must be a quick learner and have positive attitude
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoys the restaurant environment and interfacing with customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Performs preparatory work such as cutting meat, skewering meat, mixing sauces, and making vegetable garnishes
- Restock all items as needed throughout shift and clean/maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation skills
- Prepares produce quickly without sacrificing quality
- Adheres to outlined healthy and safety procedures
- Memories menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicates openly with management about concerns regarding workflow and equipment
- Measure the right amount of ingredients required for food preparation
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as flat bed grills, fryers and stove top
