Surrounded by a team driven by passion, Chef Danny Beaulieu takes pride in honoring the richness of the Canadian terroir, showcasing a vision of contemporary Canadian cuisine.

Our sommelier must curate a wine list designed to pair with the creations chef Beaulieu & his team. Enhancing our approach to what we believe is an outstanding gastronomic experience.

**Qualification | Requirements**
- Being comfortable and efficient in a stressful environment
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a fine dining establishment
- A passion for guest service, this position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required, great english skills a must.
- Cocktails and liquor knowledge is an asset.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, Wednesday to Sunday.
- Valid Pro serve needed
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- WSET level 3 / CMS Certified Sommelier / CAPS Certified Sommelier
- Wine service: Assisting in the selection, recommendation, and serving of wines to guests

**-**Wine knowledge: Maintaining knowledge of the wine list and pairings with menu items
- Wine inventory management
- Staff training: Training and educating server and bartender staff

**-**Wine tastings: Attending wine tastings and developing relationships with vendors

**Salary : 17$ per hour**

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
