**Required Qualifications**:

- **Mandatory**:_

Valid Basic Security Training (BST) license
**Reliable Car with valid Driving License**
- Flexible availability (Weekday/Weekends)

**OFA2 Certification (mandatory)**

**Asset**:

- Advanced Security Training (AST)

**Required skills**:

- Ability to work in a busy environment and able to patrol on foot for hours
- Ability to lift 15 lb
- Ability to work alone and handle difficult situations and conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to make quick decision to de-escalate the difficult situations
- Maintaining professionalism all the time at the job site with excellent customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and patrolling the site
- Maintain safety of property, assets, and people
- Log in Credentials/license plates/visitor information as required
- Securing site/fleet by putting locks as required
- CCTV Surveillance as required
