- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with upselling services or products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and referrals
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency

Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is essential
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with sales techniques or upselling strategies is advantageous
- A keen ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions is desired
