This is an opportunity to join the marketing and sales team at GRYB International; a growing company that umbrellas 8 exciting brands in the heavy machinery industry. You would play a key role in driving the success of these striving businesses. GRYB started locally and is quickly expanding through a fierce acquisition strategy of complimentary companies in the United States and Canada. We are local to Victoriaville, Qc, but don’t worry, you can work remotely.

Your portfolio of brands would be located in Quebec. Our success is a reflection our dedicated employees, fun working environment, and desire to surpass limits.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- In collaboration with the marketing and sales team, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase awareness for the specific brands under the supervision of the Brand Marketing Coordinator:

- Support marketing project development
- Manage on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans
- Monitor the implementation of online marketing strategies through social media accounts
- Contribute to the optimization of marketing strategies
- Schedule promotional presentations, maintain a project calendar, and ensure deadlines are respected
- Assist Director of Marketing in the target delimitation for products, brands, or services:

- Research, analyze and summarize market trends
- Study competitor’s market behaviour and strategies
- Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget
- Oversee marketing material:

- Coordinate and optimize any material concerning advertising, branding, and marketing
- Review each project to guarantee it complies with the product’s information
- Ensure that every material is consistent with planned marketing strategies
- Provide assistance to the Sales team in order to achieve the company’s goals:

- Give marketing advice and support for a better understanding of the brand’s voice and personality
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials to assist with sales efforts
- Conduct and host monthly meetings with respective brands
- Prepare detailed quarterly, and annual market reports in order to present current and forecasted data:

- Summarize the assessment conducted on the effectiveness of past and on-going strategies
- Analyze the feedback of previous or current marketing campaigns
- Measure the impact and outcomes of marketing activities
- Compile competitors’ data
