Thrift Store Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately.
- Assist in pricing, organizing, and displaying merchandise effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stockroom areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Help with inventory management
- Promote store events and sales through effective marketing strategies.
**Experience**
- 2 years of previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively.
- Excellent phone and social media etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone and online is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual tasks.
- Administrative skills to assist with various operational tasks as needed.
