**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable **Keyholder** to join our team. As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

**What You’ll Do**

- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering product recommendations
- Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, formats, and responsible consumption
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, promotional activities, and general upkeep
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations including checking ID to verify legal purchasing age

**About You**

- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first mindset
- Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
- Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Able to pass a Criminal Record Check
