**Key Responsibilities**

You are a key player on the IT team and you will have a direct impact on the technological ground work of GraceMed.
- Managing Microsoft 365 Portal
- Managing Incoming Support Tickets
- Assisting in creation and management of Helpdesk Knowledge Base
- Coordination with external IT contractors / vendors
- Assisting in monitoring cyber security using Microsoft Security and Compliance
- Hardware Inventory Management
- Hardware Provisioning
- Assisting in management of group wireline services
- Internet
- Telco
- Assisting Central Services / Intake Team
- Working IT projects in conjunction with the VP, Technology

**Skills & Qualifications**

You're a people person who’s solution oriented. An out of the box thinker who thrives in a start-up environment. To be successful in this role you will need:

- 1-2 years of experience in an IT position
- Experience in a growing environment is highly desirable
- Understanding of general IT procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration portal
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and high attention to details
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Post-secondary education in an IT program
