**What to Expect**:
**A day in the life**:
As a Nestle Professional Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will manage the Supply Network of an assigned area by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives. You will maintain optimal stock cover; identify exceptions & monitor performance. You will also:

- Collaborate across teams to manage portfolios throughout their lifecycle (including product launches, packaging changes)
- Support Innovation teams by ensuring accurate short
- and long-term forecasting in demand plans
- Manage and maintain forecast over the planning horizon. This includes generating and maintaining long range forecasts, combining incremental, impactors, and multiple data inputs
- Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimise costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location
- Bring a strong customer and business focus to ways of working

**Role Requirements**
- Proven ability to manage complex projects & diverse stakeholders
- Min 2. Years experience in Demand and Supply Planning
- Completed degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain or logistics

**Preferred Skills**
- Team player, with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of food service industry and Consumer Packaged Goods
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI,
