**Computer Field Service Technician responsibilities include**:

- Assessing customer computer needs and troubleshooting issues
- Installing hardware and software components
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Checking computer equipment for proper functioning
- Conducting routine maintenance checks
- Cleaning, dusting and organizing workstations
- Responding to IT ticket requests in a timely manner
