**Overview**:
As a Property and Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various property development and construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of property development and construction processes. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of property development and construction projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management**:

- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
- Forecast project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget performance.
- **Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services, ensuring adherence to project specifications and budget constraints.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of construction and property management.
- **Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to keep stakeholders informed of project status, milestones, and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, engineering, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Resolve conflicts and address stakeholder concerns in a timely and diplomatic manner.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a project manager in property development and construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), are a plus.
