Joueur-clé au sein de l’équipe finance commerciale, le partenaire d’affaires - Finance commerciale, agira à titre d’agent de changement et contribuera à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers des ventes. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les ventes sur la mise en place de méthodes efficaces pour gérer la croissance des revenus avec des leviers financiers tels que de les renouvellements/gestion de contrats, volume et mix, hausse de prix, déductions etc.

Responsabilités
- Prépare l’analyse financière pour les appels d’offres et les renouvellements de contrats majeurs pour le secteur du service alimentaire et industriel
- S’assure du respect de la politique de prix en vigueur et de l’amélioration continue du processus
- Prépare et présente les résultats financiers mensuels aux équipes de ventes lors de la revue commerciale (ventes nettes, marge brute, suivi des ententes contractuelles etc.)
- Supporte les VP Ventes de nos clients dans leurs stratégies et prises de décision à l’aide d’analyses de rentabilité (notamment l’analyse et la gestion des ROI ainsi que les analyses reliées aux renouvellements de contrats/ententes)
- Supporte les VP Ventes dans le processus annuel de hausse de prix
- Participe au budget annuel au niveau des revenus et de la marge brute standard
- Assiste son supérieur sur des dossiers et projets Ad-doc

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en Administration des affaires ou autre domaine pertinent
- CPA un atout
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Aptitudes à formuler des recommandations et apporter des solutions à un projet
- Fortes aptitudes en communication (présentations, interaction avec la haute direction)
- Bonne connaissance en Excel (formules, tableau croisé dynamique). Power Query et développement de Macro un atout
- Capacité à respecter les échéanciers, travailler sous pression et attitude positive orientée vers les solutions
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels micro-informatique (MS Office)
