- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to offer personalized styling/product advice.
- Utilize your creativity to curate visually appealing displays and merchandising arrangements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and enhance brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives
- Craft compelling and engaging content tailored for our social media platforms to attract, engage, and retain our target audience as a Content Creator for our retail store
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.

Requirements include:

- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion and a creative flair for styling.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and reliability to work weekends and accommodate a long-term commitment to the role.
- Proficiency in computer skills to handle sales transactions and inventory management and various marketing platforms.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- A creative flair, adept at crafting engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral, creativity, and a keen eye for trends are essential for this role.
