**Responsibilities of this specific role will include, but not be limited to the following**:

- Commercial management & Project Controls techniques, methodologies, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives
- Monitoring, analyzing & controlling projects by integrating project finance, design management, change management, risk management, contracts management and other project management aspects
- Multidisciplinary budgeting and controls
- Cost, fee, and cash flow management of projects
- Establish WBS and manage schedule using Primavera 6
- Resource planning & management
- Change & Claims management
- Contracts Management
- Multi scenario analysis and reporting using Power BI dash boards

**You will become familiar with the**:

- Internal and external multidisciplinary coordination required for the successful delivery of projects
- Dependencies between scope, time, and cost in managing projects
- Interdependence between skills in delivering sustainable outcomes
- Many phases of the planning, design and construction process
- Meaningful analysis from project’s performance trends, variance reports and forecast data
- Regulatory environment for gaining approval at different stages of project delivery
- Wide range of disciplines and skills with Arup
- Needs and concerns of various stakeholders (internal and external)
- Big-picture awareness that permeates every skill area in Arup
- Format, style, and quality of our reports

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (Finance/Accounting), Business Economics, Business Commerce, or Project Management required
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher
- Sound analytical approach
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Professional demeanor
- Good communication skills essential for team-based working
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to work independently or as part of a large team
- Interest in cost and schedule analysis

**Preferred**:

- 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student working towards above mentioned Bachelor’s Degree’s
- Working Knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera 6
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Advance working knowledge of MS Excel (use of macros preferable)
- Basic knowledge of Business Finance
- Evidence of past internship or extracurricular activity in the field
- Proven ability to perform in a deadline driven environment
- History of technical presentations and technical writing
- Evidence of personal investment in academic or extracurricular field
