**Compensation**:

- **Wages**: Competitive and based on experience and level. Level 1 from $20/hr to Level 4 from $30/hr.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Plumbing Installation and Support**:

- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Follow instructions and adhere to project plans to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building code requirements.

**Learning and Development**:

- Actively engage in learning opportunities to develop technical and trade skills.
- Attend training sessions and classes as part of your apprenticeship program.
- Take initiative to gain knowledge about industry best practices and new technologies.

**Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow.

**Technical Skills and Tools**:

- Utilize tools and equipment properly, ensuring their maintenance and care.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Apprenticeship Level**: Must be a Level 2, 3, or 4 Plumbing Apprentice.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- Previous experience on commercial and large-scale residential builds is considered an asset.
- Blueprint reading skills are an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
