**Duties & Responsibilities**
- As a Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the branch to meet or exceed branch operational and sales goals:
- Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
- Achieve asset management and market share goals
- Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees
- Be an ambassador of the business for the community and the customers it serves
- 5+ years’ experience in agricultural equipment sales and service sector
- Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
- Knowledge of financial metrics and experience in sales, parts, and service operations
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
We will give preference to individuals with previous experience in agricultural and construction equipment sales, or with a machinery sales background and enthusiasm about the agriculture and construction industry.
