We are currently seeking an **Exceptional Production Associate **to work in a manufacturing setting performing assembly tasks accurately and safely through the utilization of assembly tools/machines in a lean processing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Read and follow STD work procedures throughout all processes
- Demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements
- Plan, evaluate, set up, and run required equipment for the hose line - saws, crimpers, pushers, flushers and verifies compliance.
- Plan, evaluate, set up, and run required equipment for the tube line - saws, deburring, cleaning, brazing, endformer, bending, and verifies compliance.
- Ability to identify and evaluate new products and set up machines per specifications.
- Ability and knowledge to operate machine controls including recognizing warning devices on machines throughout the process
- Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards
- Resolve all possible issues at the production level, and notify management if the problem is not resolvable
- Communicate and cooperate with management and coworkers
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hose/Tube assembly and manufacturing experience
- Observe and read instruments, gauges, dials, etc. to determine operating conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Basic computer skills, experience w/RF Scanner preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, punctual and reliable
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; excellent attention to detail/accuracy
- Good communication skills (both oral & written)
- Fluid Power/Industrial hose/tube experience preferred
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
