**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Alcohol & Gaming regulations. Completion of Serve Right and Responsible Gambling courses.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on drink recipes, trends in the industry, and new products.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Strong skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
