**Partner with the best**:
As Leucipa Region Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and executing Leucipa business in North America. You'll be responsible for either originating sales or supporting sales by working with region and account sales to build and maintain customer relationships.

In this role, you'll also be responsible for:

- Identifying new opportunities to build the Leucipa opportunity pipeline, promoting its value proposition to new and existing customers, and owning the development and execution of sales strategies in North America.
- Working with strategic marketing to research, understand and disseminate the North America competitive dynamic in the digital production space.
- Working with Leucipa partners to map North America accounts from a production digital purchasing/operating perspective and use this data to create pursuit plans.
- Working with Global Production Optimization Director and partners to create Leucipa North America yearly and multi-year (LRP) business plan - responsible for the revenue and margin commitments in this plan.
- Acting as the North America coordinating focal point across a multidisciplinary team for related opportunities and projects; connecting across PL sales, region sales, Leucipa partners and digital SMEs.
- Presenting Leucipa capability to operators across North America and securing pilots/contracts.
- Coordinating the creation of detailed customer-specific proposals and implementation plans for Leucipa.
- Ensuring the appropriate SMEs are brought in with good time and the timelines agreed with customers are achieved.
- Ensuring customer feedback is fed back to the product team in a timely manner in order to 1) improve the Leucipa offering and 2) ensure customers are satisfied and continue the ‘journey’ across multiple revisions of the solution.
- Managing costs with project and region team to ensure profitability targets are achieved/exceeded.
- Connecting with PLs and ensure product pull-through opportunities are realized.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Sales and operations roles
- 5+ years of experience supporting Digital Oilfield initiatives
- Previous experience with Enterprise software sales (preferred)
- A proven ability to introduce new solutions to customers and convert these into contracts.
- Readiness to travel up to 30% of the time
