Job Title: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Location: Montreal, QC

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, Saturday 11 AM - 3 PM)

We are a reputable, large car dealership located in the heart of Montreal, offering a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

As an F&I Manager, you will play a key role in our dealership by handling the financial and insurance aspects of the vehicle purchase process. You will work closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience. This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong sales skill set, fluency in both English and French, and a keen understanding of financial products and services related to car financing.

Key Responsibilities
- Present and offer financing and insurance products to customers in a professional and compelling manner.
- Work with lenders to secure financing options that meet customers’ needs.
- Explain all terms and conditions related to financing and insurance options.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the finance and insurance processes.
- Help customers understand their payment options, warranties, and additional products.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, financing programs, and insurance products.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and French is required (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financing, leasing, and insurance products.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: Full-time hours
- Saturday: 11 AM - 3 PM

Pay: $800.00-$5,000.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
