Liesch Interiors Ltd. is one of Victoria's most established commercial flooring companies with 46 years of experience in the revitalization of office spaces and all types of commercial interiors, large and small. Liesch Interiors specializes in commercial installation of carpet tiles, vinyl plank and resilient flooring.

**Job description**:
We are in search of employees who are looking for a steady full-time employment in the flooring installations industry. In this role you will be working with a variety of flooring materials on large and small commercial projects. Liesch offers the opportunity for installers to attend product installation certification classes offered by suppliers for those looking to excel in the commercial flooring trade.

This position requires strength and endurance to complete physical job tasks.

**Duties include**:

- Maintaining a clean job site
- Assisting installers with job demolition, prep and clean up
- Mixing cement based levelling products
- Organizing supplies for each job as directed
- Preparing company vehicle as required per each job
- Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Warehouse duties as assigned
- Tool maintenance and repair

**Requirements**:

- A valid and current drivers’ licence
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn

- Keen eye for details
- Driven to complete jobs correctly and on time
- Good communication
- Creative problem solving
- Enjoy working on multiple projects
- Knowledge of the city
- Steel toed boots
