**THE TEN SPOT**® Hillcrest Mall is currently on the hunt for part time esthetic experts we are actively accepting applicants whom are _certified estheticians _at our don mills location we are looking for remarkable people that are enthusiastic, exceptionally capable, and have great energy as the original "anti spa" beauty bar, we are serious, with a seriously witty edge;) so you must have the personality to match + the ability to deliver impeccable guest experiences and maintain an upbeat attitude. our mission at **THE TEN SPOT **is simple, to make everyone **#FeelLikeATen **+ we truly believe in our mission, and if you do too, we'd love to hear from you so if you're looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced and growing environment, what are you waiting for? **tasks this role includes, but is not limited to**: - complete our mandatory training and perform all 10spot services that you are approved for (manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting,lash lift, brow lamination + facial services) - perform services to your utmost ability each and every service - maintain product knowledge of all retail and professional products - recommend and sell retail products according to guests needs + requests - adhere to our health + safety standards. - perform cleaning duties as assigned to you and as you notice are in need of doing - additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned **qualifications + skills** - **_must hold an esthetics diploma_, and be certified in manis/pedis/waxing/facial services in order to be considered**: - ability to work evenings/weekends - be an expert in your craft - providing outstanding services + experiences - provide exceptional customer service - sales experience - recommend product pairings/follow up appointments to guests in order to provide continuous care **benefits + what we offer** - tips paid out in full, weekly - service and retail commission - additional in-house training will be provided upon hire - health benefits available after just 3 months of full time employment - employee + family discounts - industry-leading perks and incentives, including discounts on skincare lines such as dermalogica if you want to be a part of taking over the world with us - or at least the beauty bar world, please forward your resume **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 20-30 per week Additional pay: - Commission pay - Tips **Benefits**: - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Richmond Hill, ON L4C5G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
