**Position Overview**: We are always looking for skilled and dedicated General Labourers to join our team. Whether you are seeking seasonal or year-round employment, we have opportunities available for individuals who are passionate about outdoor work and delivering exceptional results. As a General Labourer, you will play a vital role in various tasks, supporting our landscaping, hardscape, general outdoor construction, horticulture, and snow removal services. Whether it's creating beautiful landscapes in the summer or ensuring safe and accessible properties in the winter, your contributions will be essential to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within Occupational Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the team.
- Execute tasks delegated by the Crew Lead, ensuring their timely and efficient completion.
- Clean and maintain all work areas, including job sites, ensuring they are tidy and free from debris once work is completed.
- Complete assigned tasks in a safe manner, following instructions provided by the Crew Lead.
- Report any unsafe situations or hazards to the Crew Lead promptly.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning tools and equipment to the Crew Lead for repair or replacement.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, meeting quality standards set by the company.
- Utilize handheld manual and power equipment for various landscape, construction and lawn maintenance tasks.
- Perform tasks such as tree trimming, shrub and hedge maintenance, weeding, cultivating garden beds, trimming, edging, and snow removal as required.

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- High attention to detail and adherence to established processes
- Ability to communicate effectively in various environments, including with clients and team members
- Able to work both independently and in a team dynamic, collaborating effectively with others
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results

**Physical Effort**:

- May be required to perform physical lifts up to 50 lbs, or 75 lbs in a two-person lift
- Extended periods of time spent standing, squatting, kneeling, and walking
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Snow Removal Services**:

- Snow seasonal workers must be available on-call 24/7 from November 1 to April 15.
- Snow operations include sidewalk shoveling, skid steers, loaders, and other snow removal tasks.

**Job Type**: Various (Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Contract, and Permanent opportunities available)

**Salary**:$16.55-$19.00 per hour
