**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Energy Network Services (ENS) is a national, well-known and respected Application Engineering Management Company. We lead in the provision of innovative and cost-effective lighting and lighting controls services for improving energy performance for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in the private and public sectors. Our expertise extends to all stages of an energy management project, planning, implementation, financing, and monitoring. ENS also provides solutions beyond building lighting and controls. These include, Smart City Solutions, EV Charger Deployments and LED Grow Lighting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough reviews of specifications and drawings
- Develop material labour take-offs
- Coordinate price packages with suppliers, subcontractors, owners, designers and architects
- Review estimates with the Project Managers
- Prepare proposals by organizing all material, equipment, labor, and subcontract costs needed to complete the project
- Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments to assist with building quotes
- Track all bids, proposals and regularly communicate with Project Managers and other colleagues as needed
- May assist with business development or new customer generation
- Attend kick off meetings
- Maintain and analyze reports

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Environmental field from a University or College of recognized standing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate and work well with other team members and clients and manage expectations.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Ability to follow health and safety protocol and assess potential safety issues at site.
