About this opportunity:
What you’ll do:

- Chair of the Conventional coaching committee.
- Steward for the Conventional competency assurance program
- Conventional Field Operations lead for COIMS initiatives, including the steward for elements 2, 5 & 9.
- Acts as the key representative for Field Operations on corporate initiatives
- Perform assurance activities on both Health & Safety and Operations related activities. - Participate and support internal/external compliance audits.
- Monitor and identify any potential gaps to HS&E and operations policies, procedure or regulatory requirements.
- Steward of Conventional control documents & records program
- Supports alignment within the four Core Districts through regular interactions with front line field staff & leaders.
- Key field leader for the roll out of various Field Operations initiatives.
- Mentor future leaders.

Who you are:

- 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of conventional oil and gas field experience
- Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of H&S and regulatory requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience will be considered an asset
- Class 5 Drivers license
