**About the Role**

The Kwi’ Lelum Second Stage Program Manager (SSPM) oversees day-to-day operations of CWAVS’s Second Stage Housing program. This role provides leadership, direction, and supervision to staff, ensures safe and trauma-informed client services, manages budgets, and maintains facility operations. The SSPM is part of CWAVS’s management team and contributes to the implementation of the organization’s vision and strategic plan.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide program leadership that reflects feminist, trauma-informed, and anti-racist principles.
- Foster a strong, team-based approach with staff through mentorship, coaching, and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
- Ensure program safety, compliance, and quality service delivery.
- Oversee program budget, rent collection, and reporting obligations.
- Manage site maintenance, safety, and renovations in collaboration with facilities staff.
- Provide on-call support and direct services, including crisis intervention and resident mediation.
- Step in to cover staff roles in emergencies.

**What You Bring**

**Essential Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Social Services, Business/Administration, or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered).
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership/supervisory experience in social services, housing, or related residential programs.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in trauma-informed, client-centred environments.
- Experience with program budgeting, funder/reporting compliance, and basic data tracking.
- Strong de-escalation, crisis response, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff, residents, and community partners.
- Satisfactory vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check; First Aid (or willingness to obtain); legally entitled to work in Canada.
