Concrete Plant Batcher/dispatcher

TRP Ready Mix Ltd is one of the largest suppliers of ready mix concrete in Eastern Ontario. We have two ready mix plants, one in St-Albert and one in Winchester. Currently we are running a fleet of 23 ready mix trucks and expanding year after year. Our main strength is our team based culture that relies heavily on each team member to ensure all customers are satisfied, as batcher/dispatcher you will be expected to produce quality concrete consistently to meet customer and job demands.
- Operate concrete plant batching software to ensure quality concrete production.
- Batch concrete using batching software.
- Manage inventory of raw materials on site.
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers to fulfill order requirements.
- Communicate effectively with management when required.
- Ensure that the bins containing raw materials are full.'
- Take phone orders and dispatch trucks accordingly.
- Perform routine/daily maintenance on plant.
- Occasionally operate loader as required.
- Monitor levels of supplies and communicate with management accordingly.
- Perform regular dispatching duties.
- Dispatching experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winchester, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
