**THE POSITION**

The Digital Asset Specialist is responsible for supporting digital asset management and archiving for all CSEC business operations. This role will report into the Director of Creative Services.

This position is a temporary 8-month fixed term contract.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Schedule, book and/or coordinate any required photographers or videographers for marketing, sponsorship, and promotion content capture;
- Schedule any requested need for content capture from other departments within CSEC;
- Coordinate intake of all digital files for CSEC; providing photography and video files as requested (within the rights of usage) for stakeholders;
- Maintain all standardized archiving of assets, meta tags, and category management of all files;
- Admin services for all contracted photographers and videographers;
- Maintain standard rates for services for all photographers and videographers related to content captured for marketing, promotion and sponsorship purposes;
- Have a working knowledge of all image and digital asset usage rights;
- Graphic design skills an asset; will be assisting Creative Services team with projects as required;
- All other duties as assigned;

**THE INDIVIDUAL**

The ideal individual will have the following background:

- Time management and organization skills are required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is needed.
- 1-3 years of sports digital management is considered an asset.
- Training certificate or experience in graphic design is considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as schedule requires.

**CERTIFICATIONS**
- A post-secondary education or certificate in digital management or archiving experience.

**This position will remain open until 3:00pm Thursday, September 23rd, 2025.**
