**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Epic and Dentrix.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing office tasks.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Experience in a front desk or receptionist role within a dental office is preferred.
- Ability to operate phone systems and manage multiple calls efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
