**Community Intern** - Temporary Part-time_ - September 2024 - August 2025_ Let’s start this off with a very clear disclaimer**:we do not care about your previous experience or education.** We’re looking for someone who has a great attitude and wants to jump head-first into the world of tech startups. Co.Labs supports the Saskatchewan tech ecosystem. This role offers a front-row seat to our programs, events, and a chance to work with the fastest-growing local startups. **Purpose of the job** - As a Community Intern, you will help make the Co.Labs office a high-performance and organized place to work for our team and startups. _ You’ll be a super connector for our community (as implied by the title), help us deliver high-quality events (which > 3,000 people attended last year), and manage the office environment (we need good vibes only). You’ll work directly with the Executive Director, but have opportunities to work with each member of the team. **Outcomes and responsibilities** - Create a desirable office environment for our team and startups _ - Handle administrative tasks (groceries, supplies, equipment orders, etc) - Act as the first point-of-contact for startup teams who work out of Co.Labs - Bring the community together and keep positive energy flowing through the space (this is where you can get creative) - Bring our events to life_ - Set up and run our events (some events happen in the eveningsbe prepared to work funky hours from time to time) - Support the Co.Labs team _ - Help the Program team with internal founder events, expert engagements, and more **Our culture** - Co.Labs is a startup that builds startups. _We pride ourselves on thriving in a challenging yet rewarding work environment.
