Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Your attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of the food industry will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, features and wine list.
- Ensure all orders taken are accurately placed and all allergies and special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Work with both the FOH and BOH teams to ensure a smooth service
- Be aware of guest’s satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining room including work stations
- Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food, wine and spirits - sommelier certification preferred
- Ability to multi task and work efficiently with others
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time
