As the first person everyone sees when they arrive at Swaneset, you are the ambassador of first impressions. Whether it's greeting golfers, diners, vendors, tradespeople, or guests arriving for a special event, you are cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Job Duties:

- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information required to provide services
- Operate switchboard or telephone system
- Order office supplies
- Record and relay information
- Maintain work records and logs
- Receive and issue payments
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Calculate billing charges
- Monitor radio
- Provide directory assistance
- Provide emergency services
- Relay service to persons with disabilities

This is a part time position with training beginning immediately. Previous reception experience an asset.

You must have your own transportation, as public transit is not available.

Schedule is currently set at two days a week (weekend availability a must) with more days being added into the summer season. This is a temporary position that will end in the winter season, so it's a great role for university students who will be going back to school in September.
