**Job Overview**

**Duties**
As a UCP, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

- Providing caregiving support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring adherence to medication schedules.
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Supporting clients with dementia care, ensuring they receive appropriate attention and care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to monitor client health and report any changes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, nursing homes, or assisted living settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medication administration and senior care practices is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably and safely in their own environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $19.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
