THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Commissary program to Aritzia employees. You will play a pivotal role in executing the front-of-house strategy for the Commissary, while leading our people to deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for all guests. THE ROLE
As the Manager, Front-of-House, Commissary, you will lead the team to:
- Support with establishing the strategic direction for Food & Beverage at Aritzia
- Lead a high-performing Food & Beverage team
- Deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for our guests
- Service guests with an exceptional product offering
- Uphold the standards of operational excellence
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, Front-of-House, Commissary, has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
- Experience in a similar role
- Food Safety Certification
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
