**What we are looking for**:
As the Production Team Lead (Vertical Farm Technician III) you will report to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for executing the day-to-day functions of their team to ensure Production and / or Sanitation targets are met.

**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee and delegate tasks on their given shift
- Provide support and assistance to their supervisor, ie. Organizing break coverage
- Provide leadership coaching and training to team members on daily farm tasks
- Ensure the execution of daily targets
- Lead a team of Vertical Farm Technician’s (VFT’s) by providing clear direction and offering

support as needed
- Orient new hires when needed
- Use and clean equipment in the facility as outlined in the standard operating procedures

(SOP’s)
- Assist with maintaining the farms HACCP & SQF programs
- Complete all required documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor to ensure production or sanitation standards

are always applied by your team
- Tracking and collecting KPI data
- Other assigned duties & VFT tasks as required

**Must have’s**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ontario Secondary School diploma or equivalent is required
- High degree of organizational skills
- Must be able to work **12-hour rotational shifts (7am-7pm) **including weekends

**Nice to have’s**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field considered an asset
