We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization. **Hours**:Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible) with a 1-hour lunch

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and third-party tools for key business areas including sales, service, parts, and accounting.
- Build reusable data models and datasets to streamline reporting processes.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc business reports to management and department leaders.
- Support validation and reconciliation between data sources to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor report accuracy, ensuring outputs align with business objectives and accounting practices.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Developer role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and reporting.
- Experience working with data from DBMS platforms such as MS SQL Server.
- Strong working knowledge with tools such as Power BI and other data modelling platforms.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas, Power Pivot).
- Understanding of financial, sales and operational business systems in a multi-location environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience within transportation, heavy equipment, or automotive industries an asset.
