Field and Forge Brewing Co., located in Innisfail, has a fantastic opportunity for an Individual pursuing a Management role in the Front of House. This position will play a very important role in the success of the restaurant by working with the Head Chef with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to provide memorable dining experiences, exceeding our guests’ expectations
- Have full knowledge of all menu items
- Lead and manage all front of house staff
- Serve, clear, and re-set tables, as required
- Assist servers with serving guests
- Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant
- Maintain restaurants revenue, profitability, and quality goals
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and schedule shifts to ensure floor is always sufficiently staffed
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback/corrective action
- Train new employees
- Implement policies and protocols that will improve restaurant operations
- Manage inventory of beverages, and assist with inventory controls, as required
- Manage the Merchandise program
- Coordinate reservations, large functions, and special events
- Prepare forecasts for future promotions/beer inventory
- Assist in coordinating between the chef and the customers/clients
- Community relations
- All other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Previous food and beverage leadership experience is an asset
- Knowledge of beverages and craft beer
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and servers
- Good understanding of safe work practices

**Hours of Work**:
The hours of work for this position will vary depending on organizational requirements, but will include shifts for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
