**In this role, you will**:
Act as the Logistics Administrator (6 Month Fixed Term) to provide administrative support to the Customs and Compliance Manager.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Contacting internal & external parties (i.e. engineers, sales, forwarding agents & brokers) to collect necessary documentation and/or reports
- Preparing documentation for import/export and domestic shipments: invoices & packing lists
- Supporting project management with tracking and dispersing documentation, monitoring deadlines and following up on pending matters.
- Compiling and audits export/import record entry transaction information for submission of drawback claims and report results
- Maintaining measuring progress project results
- Performing other clerical documentation process duties

**Your Profile**:

- A knowledge of traffic operations, basic math skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in International Logistics preferred
- Knowledge of all modes of international transportation
- Associates Degree in Logistics or related field
- Must be accurate and efficient
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP - based systems
- Ability to manage complex logístical movements
- Attentive to details & highly organized
