**Summary**

The Video Accuracy Agent is part of the team responsible for the configuration of the counting solution deployed by Prodco.

**Mission**
- The main focus is the configuration and completion of the camera validation ;
This includes but is not limited to:

- Opening validation tickets;
- Confirming configuration of camera is correct and settings match the provided information in the install ticket;
- Additional adjustment of camera settings to reach an ideal configuration for each location;
- Scheduling video recordings in the camera for validations;
- Watching video validation recordings using the provided software;
- Closing validation tickets and making sure all the relevant information is captured within it;
- Escalating potential issues to the appropriate concerned parties;
- Creating validation reports and/or short video clips of the counting system working correctly;
- Sending validation reports to the clients;
- Management of recording repository ;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
