We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Marketing Associate** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a **new marketing graduate** who wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, sales support, and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team by qualifying prospects and booking appointments.
- Manage online content: update website, create social media posts, and prepare marketing materials.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Help plan and coordinate trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Track and report on campaign performance and lead conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Recently completed a **Marketing, Business, or Communications diploma/degree**.
- **Excellent command of English (spoken and written)**.
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospect outreach.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow with the company.
